Egyptian program coordinator with extensive experience in establishing civil and social organizations. She holds a master's degree in Digital Media Leadership from the University of Salzburg in Austria and the Free University of Brussels in Belgium. She currently serves as the Project Manager of "Akhbar Meter," the first digital media observatory in Egypt and the Middle East, which aims to evaluate digital media channels based on their adherence to ethical and professional standards in content production.

In 2020, Dina was selected as one of 22 finalists in the Middle East and North Africa Innovation Challenge in recognition of her contributions to the development of digital media and the enhancement of media content credibility in the region.
