  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details secure.

3) Registration, Tickets & Payments

  • Registration may be free or paid (as announced on the Site).

  • Your registration is personal and non-transferable unless we approve a substitution in writing.

  • Refunds/Cancellations: Unless stated otherwise on the registration page, fees are non-refundable. Substitutions may be permitted up to [X days] before the Event.

4) Event Changes & Force Majeure

  • Speakers, sessions, venues, and schedules are subject to change.

  • If canceled without a reschedule, our liability is limited to refund of paid registration fees (if any); travel or accommodation costs are not covered.

5) Code of Conduct

We aim for a safe, inclusive environment. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, intimidation, discrimination, hate speech, doxxing, and disruption of sessions. We may remove or deny entry (in person or online) without refund for violations. Report concerns to tawasoul.office@gmail.com or staff.

  • You are responsible for compatible devices, software, and internet.

8) Photography, Audio & Video

  • By entering the venue or joining online, you may be photographed, recorded, or live-streamed. You grant Tawasoul and its partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your image, likeness, and voice for documentation, reporting, and promotional purposes, in any media, without compensation.

  • If you are a speaker, you further consent to recording and distribution of your session, slides (if shared), and bio.

  • User Content: If you submit questions, posts, or materials, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute them for Event/Site purposes. You must have necessary rights and ensure your content is lawful and non-infringing.

10) Third-Party Links & Services
