Academic and Iraqi news anchor, currently working at Al-Anbar TV. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language from Al-Mustansiriya University and pursued further studies to earn a Master's degree in Andalusian Literature and Cultural Criticism in 2018. She has published several research papers in both literary and critical fields in the journals "Al-Tarbiyah" at Al-Mustansiriya University and "Al-Adab" at Baghdad University.

Ilham has participated in many artistic activities, exhibitions, and festivals in cooperation with Al-Mustansiriya University, and contributed to organizing and managing numerous local and international conferences and seminars. She has also worked to raise environmental awareness among students by encouraging them to participate in environmental initiatives.

In the media field, Ilham has worked as a news anchor at "Watan" and "Huna Baghdad" TV channels and is currently employed at Al-Anbar TV. Additionally, she has hosted talk shows such as "Positive Number," addressing topics related to civil society and volunteer work. She is also a certified trainer at the Canadian International Organization for Media and Journalism for Human Rights in Developing Countries.
