Lawyer and journalist, a judicial expert on publishing and media issues at Duhok Court of Appeal, trainer in human rights journalism at the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ). Legal advisor to "Khani" Foundation for Publishing and Media in Duhok, and a volunteer lawyer for the Kurdistan Journalists Syndicate - Duhok branch for more than 10 years.

Member of Network of Lawyers for Freedom of Expression in Iraq, and worked for many years as an editor and supervisor of the (Law and Society) page in the Kurdish-language newspaper (Evro), has journalistic publications in both Arabic and Kurdish.
