Writer and journalist with a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Baghdad. He is one of the founders of Al-Aalem Al-Jadeed, an online newspaper, where he has served as editor-in-chief since July 1, 2014. Additionally, he writes for the media platform Daraj and is a member of the General Union of Writers and Authors in Iraq.

He has published numerous articles and opinion pieces in Iraqi newspapers and has contributed to editing and content development for several media agencies. In the literary field, his short story collection Withered Shanasheel won the Sharjah Award for Arab Creativity in the short story category in 2009.
