A storyteller and investigative journalist, he holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Mosul University. He is a member of the Union of Iraqi Writers and the International Federation of Journalists. He has been working in journalism since 2008 and has served as editor-in-chief of several agencies, and has written many investigative reports for Iraqi, Arab, and foreign websites, including Daraj, Ruptly, Al-araby Al-jadeed, The Monitor, Nerij Investigative Journalism Network, and Al-aalem Al-jadeed. He is currently the editor-in-chief of the Baghdad Today News Agency and a reporter for Al Jazeera.net.
