An investigative journalist and the head of NIRIJ Investigative Journalism Network, founded on May 9, 2011. The network supports the production of in-depth investigative reports and provides professional training for journalists.

Noah contributed to authoring the network’s training manual, The Investigative Journalism Gateway, which is used as a training course in various Iraqi universities, institutes, and media organizations. Investigative journalism in Iraq has faced numerous challenges, particularly political instability and security risks, prompting Noah and his colleagues to advocate for legislation ensuring access to information and protecting journalists.
